Ingredients
1/4 cup
olive oil
2 tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 tsp
dried oregeno
1/2 tsp
salt
Fresh cracked pepper to taste

medium cucumber
2
medium tomatoes
1/2
small red onion
Step by Step Instructions
- Whisked together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and some freshly cracked pepper into a bowl. Set aside
- Thinly slice the cucumber, tomato, and red onion. Place in large bowl
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable and lightly toss until fully coated. Serve or allow mixture to refrigerate for a milder flavor.
