Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Rub the clean potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle them with salt and pepper, and prick them with the tines of a fork.
  3. Place them on a baking sheet and cook for 45 to 60 minutes, until their skin is crispy, and sticking with a fork meets no resistance.
